This online coaching programme will introduce you to a number of areas which will help you to develop your skills and abilities in managing your emotions, use of time and general performance.

A Daily Confidence audio file is available for you to download and listen to.

Course Length

This course can be completed in about four hours. Ideally, for maximum benefit, you should spread this course over four weeks. This will allow time between the main sections to practice, listen to the daily confidence audio and to reflect on what you have covered.

Course Structure

The course is split into six sections. An introduction, followed by four main sections that take you through the steps to improve your confidence. Finally a summary section is used to recap learnings and prompts you to make a 'I commit to...' promise.

I'm passionate about helping people unlock their potential, people like you.

Ever since I was a child, I was drawn to helping people develop, to realise how good they were and how much they could achieve.

You don't need me when things are plain sailing, when you have your plan and you know what you are doing. You need me, when you are at a cross-road, when you don't know what to do, which way to turn or who to turn too. This is the part that gives me the greatest satisfaction. This is the part of your life, the part of this particular chapter, that I call The Chrysalis. I'm there to help you when things are tough, and help you grow your wings to fly on your own.

As a teenager I always felt like I didn't belong. Friendships seemed stilted and awkward and I never really liked small talk.

I was bright, moved up a year at school and was ambitious. These were not traits found often in the estate I grew up in. I had my whole life mapped out, I knew where I would work, where I would live, the car I would drive, I even knew at what age I would have children. Some of my friends thought I was mad.

This all changed though when I fell pregnant at the age of 19 with my twin sons (now 15), just after I had completed my management training scheme and secured an amazing salary in an amazing job. I wasn't just working for me anymore, I had sons to provide for and I have done.

I juggled motherhood with my career for years, feeling guilty for working and then guilty for being at home. My Mum had been the main breadwinner in our house whilst my Dad stayed at home and looked after us and he even won a 'housewife' of the year award in the late '80's. (Yes, we were seen as the odd family).

Over an eight year period I had seven promotions with two different companies and I knew I would be happy when I reached the top. WRONG! There was more bitching, backstabbing and arguments at the top than there were at each of the rungs on the ladder I had climbed.

I had chosen my career to help people develop, to create workplaces and better environments for others that meant we didn't have to continue on the spiral of the 'Monday to Friday dying syndrome'. You know the one:

- I hate Monday's because I have to go to work

- I hate Tuesdays as it's Tuesday

- Wednesday is middle of the week, I best get some work done

- Thursday, woohoo, it's almost Friday

- Friday, thank goodness it's the weekend.

We spend more than half our lives working and this is how we talk about it. I knew that needed to change.

But I had been kidding myself. You cannot change businesses, unless you change the mindset of the people within them. And that's why I started my first business 'Chrysalis Consulting'. I'm still a big part of designing and delivering the programmes and working on the change projects, but my heart, the part of me that is making a difference to people, like you, the individuals, one person at a time, so that you can make a difference in your home, your business, your team, your company, your world, this is where my heart is and this is where my business has come from.

It is this that gets me out of bed in the mornings.

I've been where you are. I've doubted myself, I've been afraid to step up and show the real me, I've been in holes and I've dragged myself out.

Over the years I have worked with some amazing (and some not so amazing) coaches and therapists. I know the difference this type of support can provide to you, and I have combined many of my skills to give you a blend of some of the most effective Coaching, Hypnotherapy and Hypno-Coaching I and my clients have ever experienced with amazing results.

Oh, and I'm a fully qualified and accredited solution focussed Coach, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist with a BSc in Psychology alongside my other qualifications and I'm currently studying a PhD in Change and the Courage of Leaders and I'm fully insured.
