Section 3: Customer First: Proving Customer Alignment

Are you speaking your customers' language, and providing them what they need? The customer motivation assessment will help you figure that out.


You can't be all things to all people. What is the specific value proposition that you are offering to your customer? Have you tested that value proposition?
