For the last 15 years I have studied self-development and healthy living; including meditation, morning routines, healing foods, self development techniques and yoga! 

I've been an actress in Vancouver, Canada since 2012, complete my Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta. As apart of my career in the film industry I have travelled to Cannes Film Festival, worked with director Bruce Sweeney and the film was an official selection at TIFF and it won Best BC Film at VIFF.   In 2012 I volunteered at Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah and over the past 4 years worked for the top commercial casting directors in Vancouver. 

Last winter I took a 7 month hiatus and embarked on an adventure of a lifetime, riding my motorcycle from Vancouver, Canada to Panama City, Panama! Inspired by the Long Way Round with Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman, this was an eye opening trip that tested my inner adventurer!
