Vital Factor 1: Focus

Your business model is your way of generating income and defining how it’s done through the products or services you will offer. This is basically the lifeblood of your business and is integral to your success. In this video, I will share with you the 8 time-tested business models that are easy and inexpensive to implement. Choose or create a product or service that is worth your customer’s time and money.

Vital Factor 2: A Proven Business Model

After choosing your business model and product or service, you will then have to present it to your target audience. Your long-term business is going to need an effective presentation platform as a touch point for your clients, customers, or buyers to find out about what you are selling. Vital Factor #3 is all about creating a killer presentation. I will tell you how.

This Vital Factor will tie in well with the next two Vital Factors, Traffic and Conversion Rate Optimization. So make sure you really work on this one.

Vital Factor 3: A Killer Presentation

There’s no point in having a killer presentation if your target niche doesn’t see it, right? The 4th Vital Factor is getting traffic and/or leads. Here, I will focus on the most effective traffic-generation techniques that you can use for online traffic, and give you tips and resources on how to effectively utilize each one.

Everyone and everything is on the internet, so you’ll have to work on that presence as well as compete with all the millions of others online. Show that your product and brand are worth it, and remember to be creative and authentic.

Vital Factor 4: Traffic and/or Leads

Once you have people visiting your presentation, you will now have to make sure that these people are buying, signing up, or whatever it is you intend them to do on your presentation.

Conversion Rate Optimization or CRO is a system that analyzes user data and feedback to improve your site and sales performance. A visitor to your sales page is financially meaningless if you can't convert them into a buyer, so you need to work on getting a high conversion rate.

Vital Factor 5: Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

A team of workers might not be a priority when starting a business, but trust me, you’ll need to think about this if you are really planning for the long term. Don’t try to do everything yourself. Build a team that you can depend on.

Not only will you save yourself a lot of time (one of your most important assets), but you can also find people who can get the job done better than you.

Do you know a lot about a certain topic? Or do you have a lot of experience doing a particular thing? Or maybe there’s a subject matter that seems really interesting to you and you are willing to do the work to learn more about it. Then, this business model might be the one for you.

You can sell information in different formats like a report, ebook, online course, newsletter series, webinar, software, mobile app, membership website, etc. A lot of my businesses follow this business model, and it’s probably my favorite out of the 8.

This is the most common business model used by many internet marketers. As I mentioned before, you can find tons of courses that teach about affiliate marketing, but you have to be very wary about most of them as a lot of them aren’t geared towards long-term businesses. This is the business model with the most scams and hypes. You can be earning a few hundred or thousand dollars per month, but it only lasts a short period of time.

Affiliate marketing is a great way to earn passive income. Though building your business with it for the long term starts slow at first and takes a tremendous amount of work, you can earn thousands each month once you find your goldmine. When that happens, you’ll only need to spend a few hours each week on this. This is the business model that made me a millionaire in just 3 years.

Business Model 2: Affiliate Marketing

If you are good at curating, marketing, or selling different items, then you can consider selling your own or other people’s products or services on e-commerce platforms. This is  a great business model as online shopping has been more and more popular in the past few years, and there are still tons of opportunities to succeed in this industry.

Business Model 3: E-Commerce

Though this wasn’t viable many years ago, content creation has certainly gained traction with the popularity of the Internet. More and more people are able to make money by playing games or sharing about cooking, fashion, travel, their own life, etc. And there are many mediums to do so as well. Though content creators don’t necessarily ask their consumers to pay for their content, they are able to earn a lot of money through ads, sponsorships, guest appearances, and more.

Business Model 4: Content Creation

Are you the type to give great advice or tips to friends, family, colleagues, or even strangers? Are you good at listening to people’s dilemmas and helping them work out through their issues? Are you knowledgeable about particular topics? Then, you can go into the coaching or consulting business. You can be a business coach, life coach, business consultant, etc.

You can easily meet with clients online or you can hold your business in a local area and meet up with clients in person.

Thousands to millions of people are choosing to work as freelancers due to its convenience and even cost efficiency. What more, there are a lot of sites online that help freelancers connect with clients, so finding work can be much easier.

A lot of popular skills offered are writing, graphic design, web development, tech assistance, and more. You just have to find your Unique Ability and market it to the people who need it.

Business Model 6: Freelancing

This is for all the creative types who like to work with their hands. If you like creating arts and crafts, then this is the business model for you. Though there has been a starving artist stereotype for many years now, more and more people are learning to appreciate the beauty of the unique and masterful works of designers, crafters, artists, and the like. With hard work and the right methods, you can surely succeed in this type of industry.

Business Model 7: Handmade Business

Although this course is about finding a business that helps you escape the rat race of exchanging your time for money, this business model might work for you if the others don’t. The difference between this and a normal job is you can control when, where and how you work. You can sell your time by doing various tasks for other people both offline and online.
