Course Description

In this course we are going to design a login page and then give a functionality of signing in an old user, redirecting a new user to signup page, forgot password option etc. This is fairly complex application. I recommend only those students to take this course who have a little bit knowledge about asp .net and mysql. However, don't worry, you can always enroll in the other courses I have offered on udemy to get started.

This is how we move through the course:

  • 1. We design the login page
  • 2. We add the sign in functionality
  • 3. We store the new users into the database
  • 4. Give users the forgot password option

You should enroll in this course if you want a quick way to connect mysql with your asp .net application.

What are the requirements?

  • should should understand that this course is intermediate level course so I will not go on teaching you the nittty-gritty of asp.net and mysql but it will be an overview
  • students should know about web technologies or they can go through another course taught by me name "Intro to web technologies"

What am I going to get from this course?

  • connect mysql with asp.net project
  • know how to link login page with mysql
  • know how to add a master layout to their asp.net website

What is the target audience?

  • Only professional who have never used mysql in their asp.net project should take this project
  • Since I dont go over basics of asp.net and queries in mysql beginners will have difficulty in understanding the logic and concepts
  • anyone who has been through my asp.net and C# tutorial should be totally fine with the content
