Pedro H Santiago graduated in Psychology from the Santa Catarina Federal University in Brazil. In college, he searched through all major psychology theories looking for ways to deal effectively with emotions until he stumbled in a book about Mindfulness.

Today he works with Training and Development at Florianópolis Hospital giving behavioral trainings to leaders and health professionals. He also works as an individual Psychotherapist helping clients to deal better with their emotions and release from their suffering.
