This is by far the best recipe you will ever make for crepe's desserts. It is bright, moist, tangy, sweet. There is a reason why this is a French classic masterpiece.

Infused with orange juice, lemon, zest, orange zest, orange liqueur, and a flambé' to finish it off. Flambé is where you light the alcohol on fire and creates a caramelization to the alcohol that is almost a nutty Carmel swirl on your tongue when you taste it.
