Phil Heeley has over thirty years’ teaching and training experience and is renowned globally for his expertise in Music Technology. His company “Inclusive Music” encapsulates his passion for enabling Access For All through the Power of Technology.  Creator of the Best Sellers “Dance eJay for Schools” and co author of “GarageBand for Schools”, he encourages teachers to tackle and tame technology, giving them the confidence to successfully deliver high quality lessons and facilitate children’s learning. Ofsted have repeatedly recognised him as an “outstanding” teacher.

Phil’s consultancy includes work with many Music Services, Ofsted, the Singapore Government, BBC, QCA, ABRSM, Trinity Guildhall, Musical Futures, the Royal Opera House Bridge Project, children’s homes and youth clubs. He travels the world delivering training, workshops, seminars and consultancy and has just returned from La Salle College Canada consulting and setting up the “Creative Aging with Music Technology” project.

He is an Associate of Drake Music UK and works with groups ranging from children with special needs to the elderly and has taught the Postgraduate Music Technology Course at Bath Spa University. He has recently launched the “Inclusive Music Academy”, a comprehensive online resource for teachers and students helping them use technology effectively.
