Adam Burstyn is the owner and Head Strength and Conditioning Coach of BUA Sports Performance. He is also the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Miami Northwestern Senior High School Football team. In addition to working with Football, he has also worked with the school's Boy's Track and Field, Boy's Basketball, Girl's Volleyball, and Softball teams.

He earned his degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, and earned a Masters in Exercise Physiology with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Miami. While completing his Masters degree, Adam also worked as a Graduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Miami, working primarily with the Men's and Women's Basketball teams. In addition to basketball, he also worked with the Women Soccer and Swimming teams.

In 2010 and 2011 he interned with the strength and conditioning staff at Florida International University where he primarily assisted with the football team. The football team won the 2010 Sunbelt Conference Championship and the 2010 Little Caesars Pizza Bowl. He also assisted with the FIU baseball team.

Adam also served as an assistant coach at Bommarito Performance Systems in 2011. There he assisted the coaching staff with speed training and weight room sessions for athletes preparing for the NFL Combine.

He also worked as an intern Strength Coach with the Football team at Portland State University and The University of Arizona. While working at The University of Arizona, Adam also worked with the Men's Tennis team.

As a member of the The University of Texas Powerlifting team, Adam qualified to compete for the 2008 USAPL Collegiate National Championship.

Adam is a NSCA-Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, USAW Level 1 Sports Performance Coach, MAT Jumpstart Practitioner, and TPI-Certified Golf Fitness Instructor.
