He developed satellite earth terminals for commercial use, a microwave radio for NATO, an antenna for a DirecTv supplier, an antenna positioning system for the Navy, to name a few. Manager of technology transfer projects at microelectronics and antenna labs at Hughes Aircraft. Vice President of Standard Communications. Led successful government proposal efforts resulting in $$Millions in new contracts. Program Manager of $200 Mil and $400 Mil Navy contracts. Co-founded Cornwell Technologies, Inc (CTI), a successful provider of temporary workers to San Diego shipyards. CTI was awarded a $9 Mil GSA contract and held several government certifications, including HUBZone, Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) and Disabled Veteran(SDVOSB).
