The Innovation Game, Prune the Product Tree (also known as Prune the Future) is a collaboration framework that enables participants to capture how a product or service should grow by organizing their ideas (such as features or projects) using organic metaphors. It enables Agility by emphasizing evolution and growth with a balanced infrastructure and feeds roadmaps by capturing time.
Loaded with demonstrations in Weave and preparatory exercises, this online, self-paced course will equip you with the knowledge you need to use this powerful framework to help you prioritize your product or service roadmap. You will also learn how to scale this framework to address portfolio prioritization challenges and make collaboration a cinch for geographically dispersed teams.
