Erin used the experience she gained during her four years at EY and went on to work in financial planning and analysis for a national real estate developer.  Erin is an executive leadership coach in private practice, and the co-founder of Power Up Your Leadership, a two day leadership intensive for Managers and Business Owners.  Erin holds an active CPA license in the state of California. She is a graduate of Accomplishment Coaching, which is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is also an ICF Associate Certified Coach.
