My life experiences make this Course very Unique but to me the most Unique thing about this course is that I give you Real and Honest teaching in Self-Defense that comes first from a Spirit-Soul and then Body perspective which means I believe that we are Spirit-Soul-Body. I do not know anyone who does this and most all teach only from a Body perspective.

Please allow me introduce myself ... the Instructor of this Course. 

My name is Daniel C. Docto aka "Khru Doc" which means Teacher Doc in the Thailand language. I am 55 years young but at the age 10 I was a fat and overweight boy and many started to bully me. This motivated me to exercise and through school I played American Football for 7 years. 

By the influence of my Filipino Dad, my Uncles and heavy weight Champ Ali; I started do some Western Boxing from age 12 to 16. Then from 16 to age 30 I fell in love with Bruce Lee and started to study Martial Arts like Karate/Judo from Japan, KungFu/Tai-Chi from China and then Tae Kwon Do from Korea. In the year 1984 to 1988 I was in a Special Forces Air-Bourne Army unit in California. I won awards in the Army for Fitness and Leadership. From the year 1990 to 2004 I started and owned CKC - Concord Kickboxing Club in California USA. 

In the year 1993 I became a California Kickboxing Champ which mixes Western Boxing with Martial Arts kicks. Also in the year 1993 I became a Muay Thai Kickboxing Instructor. In the year 2003 to 2006 I became a Police Correctional Officer at San Quentin CA State Prison and in the Police Academy I won awards in Fitness and Leadership. 

In the year 2004 I made my first trip to Thailand, then in 2005 I did another trip with my wife Zina and then in 2006 we sold everything in the USA and moved to Thailand. In 2010 I was the first American to get Certified with Thailand's Muay Thai College/University and Khru (Teachers) Association.   Been living in Thailand for over 11 years now and to say the least I have had some Amazing LIFE Experiences.

2 Lecture 1- WHAT R U Defending ??

1- WHAT are you Defending ?? 

WHAT is the first thing you encounter in Self-Defense ??

One unique thing about this course is that I give you Real and Honest teaching in Self-Defense that comes first from a Spirit-Soul and then Body perspective. I believe that we are Spirit-Soul-Body; this gives my training from a Divine Design, a Creative and Powerful perspective. I do not know anyone who does this and most Self-Defense teaching … teach only from a Body perspective. 

What I mean or the significance of what I am saying is, my first time of real self-defense happened to me when I was 16 years old and this confirmed my Spirit-Soul-Body perspective and teaching. 

At 16 years old, I had more fight experience than most, a little boxing and now martial arts but this was my first real deal life experience on the STREET and against 3 to 4 guys !! I have a good right hook and I could do a jumping spinning heel kick (I think I still can do that today !! LOL) but can I do it on the STREET and against attackers ?? Well, this young, strong, confident and some what proud young man was over taken by FEAR that rules over your Body because the FEAR came from my Spirit-Soul !! PLUS it was a higher level because I was in the season of developing my man macho image. I think some honest young men can relate to what I am getting at. Not only did I have to DEFEND myself but I had to look cool like Bruce Lee in doing so !! LOL. ;-) 

To say the least, FEAR beat me, I got beat up and I knew I was going to be a Champion because I made a decision to never let that happen again !! At least (3) times after that I had to defend myself on the STREET. I was a lot humbler in doing so but I did not get beaten up and actually many of my attackers had to go to the hospital. 

WHY is this Course Unique and important ?? Because in a Self-Defense, in a Fight, in a Martial Art battle and in a WAR type of situation the first thing that every person will experience HITS your Spirit-Soul first !! Your Spirit-Soul is touched and effected first and YES by FEAR and then this FEAR will Rule your BODY !! Some of you know what I am talking about.  

Let me be honest, I can NOT fully help you in this One Course to overcome your FEARS !!

Muay Thai and Martial Arts in Asia all are from Religions that first help Develop your Spirit-Soul and then Body. In fact the training of the Body is one main way to train the Spirit-Soul.

Muay Thai and Martial Arts all come from Religions that use the Body disciplines/exercises in order to develop the Spirit-Soul of a person. 

I will do a whole New Course on this subject and I might even make it a FREE Course so many can understand where my teaching comes from. In America almost all the Martial Arts, Boxing and Combat Fighting has no religion behind them thus many in the East say the West has no meaning or purpose in their Fighting competitions especially in today’s MMA and UFC Fighting competitions.

In the West we try to separate Religion from every area in life … in the East Religion is the Path in every area in life. In the East their Religions rule every area of life, community and society. 

It is foolish to live without a religion, a path, a direction to development and to give purpose and/or meaning to life on earth and then death/after life on earth. I will end there … Krab !!!! ;-) 


2 Lecture 1- WHAT R U Defending ??

1- WHAT are you Defending ??  

You are Defending YOU … which is Spirit-Soul-Body !! 

This Course and Lecture can NOT teach you how to use your Spirit-Soul in Defending your Body !!   BUT here are some Steps you can take now that are very helpful. 

FIRST Step:

Make a Discovery Decision now in your Spirit-Soul MIND that you will embrace and use FEAR to Defend yourself. Just making a Decision NOW is a FIRST Step in defending yourself. Basically you can make a Decision to accept FEAR and to show true Courage which is being honest that you will be FEAR full. But you simply accepting FEAR and then focus on using the FEAR to motivate your Spirit-Soul to empower and to give strength to your Body for true Self-Defense !! 

SECOND Step:

Make a decision to get into some activities so you can PRACTICE embracing and using your FEAR for a Self-Defense situation. Anyone can really defend themselves if they can Relax, Calm their Heart, Open their Eyes and simply MOVE. FEAR in the Spirit-Soul freezes the BODY !! 

That is why I love Muay Thai and training in a Boxing Ring. Doing Muay Thai in the Ring with a good trainer allows you to feel and to deal with your FEAR. Ask anyone who has done this and the final practice level is doing a full Muay Thai Fight in a Ring in front of hundreds of people yelling at you. I tell Law Enforcement, Military Personnel and anyone who has to deal with confrontation from a verbal to a physical level will extremely benefit from this type of FEAR training. 

LAST Step: 

Prayer, Meditation and/or Visualization helps so much. Many people are returning to these ancient practices which again are first generated from the Spirit-Soul of a person. They are easy to do but most are not connected with Spirit-Soul exercises that produce life and eternal benefits. 

Basically you can take some time to relax, to think in your mind how you might have to ACT in a self-defense situation and then see in your mind how you will deal with it … SIMPLE !! 

I start and try to end everyday with Prayer to my Creator. I have experienced Peace, a relaxed calm that this world can not give and I have experienced many FEAR FULL situations in my life and honestly to my surprise I have been able to accept my FEAR and to show some true courage.

Honestly, WHO is most likely to attack YOU ?? 

Some studies say that less than 1% of Females in a typical American Society will be attacked BUT if you change the Subject from being “attacked” to being “abused” then the percentage of Female attacks goes way way up because many Females are “abused” in one way or another by Males. 

The purpose of this Course is not designed to make everyone freaked out in daily life BUT just to give an awareness to what is happening daily. I will say this many times so you will get it for sure. This Course is about PREVENTION and how we as a society could help STOP any attackers way before they attack which is the best Self-Defense anyone could do !! 

In reference to Ladies, Women and Girls the most likely person to attack you is someone you KNOW !! In today’s society the #1 person that is attacking Ladies are males in a dating type of situation … like a Party … a College meeting … a Concert, etc. Some have labeled this a “Date Rape” and Mothers please tell your daughters about this !! Then other WHO people would be a male friend, family member and/or a male neighbor. 

I will briefly bring up School shooters and attackers. Mothers of the attackers could of stopped many shootings on the School if they had just one thought that their kid could be planning something … they made a plan to bring guns onto their school grounds. Mothers have big discernment and intuition but the subject just was never in their minds. I pray that this subject is in many minds and souls so this type of thing will totally stop in the USA. 

WHO could be your Attacker ?? What are you feeling ?? 

IF nothing then great !! 

This is hard to talk about but just acknowledging that this is happening is a great way to STOP it from happening. The BEST way to STOP attackers, to Defend yourself is to acknowledge possible PEOPLE that might attack you and you can STOP the attack before IT happens !! 

I have met and worked some crazy people in my life and most of them was when I worked as a Police Officer in San Quentin California State Prison (Death Row Prison of California). There are (2) guys that I met and worked with which are good Course examples of attackers on women. They are extreme but they will give you some real life knowledge on how to defend yourself. 

I will call them Mr. Richard and Mr. Scott, I have personally talked with these guys face to face and note most Lady’s Self-Defense Instructors will not give you the insights that I have learned and especially from these (2) attackers.

Time Span of Attacks = 10 April 1984 to 24 August 1985 and he was 24 years old. 13 counts of murder, 5 counts of attempted murder, 11 counts of sexual assault, 14 victims, His weapons = Fists, Knives, Guns, Hammers, a Lamp, etc., Locations = Hotel, House, Basement, Bedroom, Park, etc.

Convicted of Killing his pregnant wife Laci Peterson and his unborn Son, 24 December 2002.  2 counts of murder, His weapons = Hands, choked his wife and then threw her in the water. Location = His home, his wife’s house and bedroom. 

The (2) Attackers Richard and Scott cover the extreme attacker examples from the Stranger to the home Husband and both of them have and developed extreme mental problems and conditions. They look normal but again what are they really thinking ?? We can control our thoughts and Ladies you have more Awareness than us men so start to use it and do not ignore the Feeling intuitions !!  We will talk more on this in

It is very unlikely that YOU will be attacked by a Satan Worshipper like Mr. Richard !! BUT it is more likely you will be attacked by a family member like Mr. Scott. 

Ladies, I pray that this info does rise your awareness but again do not walk around in FEAR because then FEAR will have already attacked YOU !! 

You taking this course is ONE Big Step in Self-Defense and even in helping defend your loved ones and those close to you. So again, please talk and share this info, have your friends take this course and then have a lunch or dinner time when you can talk about what you have learned and how you can take some simple and easy steps to defend your self !! 

I will end with this … to me today’s society and culture is getting more and more violent and the sad fact is that most of the victims are Ladies !! That is one PASSiON reason I am doing this Course so I pray that you will get some Life saving info and techniques out of IT. ;-)

In a dark alley or a parking garage after midnight ??

Yes, those are strong possibilities but the majority of attacks are by someone you know then the attack will happen where you are relaxed, feel protected and safe !! 

Most attacks even by our Extreme attackers like Mr. Scott and Mr. Richard happen in House/Home, Room/Bedroom and Hotel/Resort rooms. When your guard is down, we you are feeling comfortable and relaxed then is when you should check your location and then ask a simple question, 

“WHERE am I and could I be attacked here ??” 

The Thailand National Sport of Muay Thai Kickboxing in the ring is like that. The fighters try to relax as much as possible and when one fighter attacks and hits or misses or is off balance then the other fighter attacks and counters hard with a KO strike. They are sneaky, soft and smart fighters that attack you when you least expect it … that is how YOU can be typically attacked in your normal life !! Are you feeling relaxed and comfortable ?? Then CHECK your LOCATION !!  

CHECK and LOCK !!

One simple step of PREVENTION is to check your LOCATION … check your Room, etc. 

Simply DO a quick check and then make sure all your doors and windows are locked in your house and/or CAR. My wife Zina does this, it use to drive me crazy but she has learned from being attacked that there are simple things that can be done so CHECK and LOCK everything up !! 

So again the main theme and purpose of this Course is = 

PREVENTION - Awareness … stop an attack before it happens !!

Do you know on the Earth the Female Wild animals attack more and are more vicious than Males when it comes to Survival or Self-Defense ??  Woman are way more dangerous then males because of emotions and the off spring protection design of motherhood … Males are not like this !!  

When it comes to defending themselves and/or family members Females are way more aggressive vs. Males.  Some Police reports show that if a Female does overcome an Attacker then they will more likely KILL that Attacker !!  Males usually will back off if they overcome their Attackers … NOT Females !! 

My wife Zina and I owned Concord Kickboxing Club in Northern California USA from 1990 to 2004 = 14 years. Most of our students were female and mainly because of fitness and weight loss desires. The majority would tell me, their Head Coach, that they are not interested in getting in the Boxing Ring but will just enjoy the training outside the ring. 

I would tell them that a big part of the training was to get into the RING, experience as much as possible the ultimate level of the sport and that type of training will change their lives. I have them and myself as the Coach to be fully padded/protected with training clothing/guards as they get a chance to fight me in the ring. 

I kid you not (Jing Jing Krab) 90% of the Ladies that did not want to get into the ring, fell in love with the fight training in the ring with me.  Mainly because I allowed them to attack me (in fact I demanded it) at a 110% level and I would always see the animal come OUT !!  Ladies that again is something inside of ALL women that must come OUT if you really really want to defend yourself !! 

The animal is there (Confidence and Female Animal POWER) and you ladies have to just acknowledge it and let it come OUT !!  We have seen hundreds of women discover IT and it is a great thing to discover if the need for Self-Defense does happen !!

This will be our longest Lecture … many things to physically talk about and show.  

Most of the Lectures up to this Lecture mainly gave info, insights and facts that you can defend yourself from a Spirit-Soul-Mind perspective !! Being Aware of many things that will allow you to set up some PREVENTION things to do!! 

The best Self-Defense is to stop an attack even before it happens !! 

Now we will talked about the BODY way to defend yourself.  Again, most Self-Defense Courses/Seminars all start with the BODY first and instructors will teach you many BODY things to do but if your Spirit-Soul-Mind is fearful then the body is frozen !! 

This Lecture is still about PREVENTION and what are some BODY things you can do to still stop an attacker from attacking you, trying to AVOID them striking you and then how to BLOCK. 

There are the (3) POWER Points in this Lecture: 

1) STOP … in a loud and commanding voice say STOP. 

2) DISTANCE … keep a certain DISTANCE away from your Attacker. 

3) PROTECT … know ONE basic BLOCK that PROTECTS your major knock out targets.

If you are able to see your attacker come to you then simply put your hands out like STOP Signs and yell STOP. Most people will STOP and then you can talk with that person at a SAFE distance. Now this is were good communication skills are required but again the main point here is to get your attacker to STOP and talk instead of just trying to strike you !! Saying these types of things can stop them from attacking you, you must have a balance between commanding the attacker and also being a humble victim that wants mercy and peace.

- IF you come any closer I will have to Defend myself !!

Communicating simple and easy like this again is a good way to PREVENT your attacker from actually striking you. This is difficult for some people but again it is still the best way to go. 

PRIDE will get you attacked for sure and again for some it is hard to humble themselves in front of a PROUD and aggressive person but mostly a Gentle response does turn away Wrath.  


2) DISTANCE … keep a certain DISTANCE away from your Attacker. 

You want to keep at least 2 meters/ 6 feet of space between you and your Attacker so if they do try to strike you they probably will miss or you can move out of the way !!  NOTE, you can personally move your body to keep this distance yourself because you are trying to get your attacker to STOP and then communicate. If they will talk then the emotions will calm down and hopefully you can reason with the attacker so no striking will happen between you both.  


3) PROTECT … know ONE basic BLOCK that PROTECTS your major knock out targets.

Your attacker just might not listen and come straight to you to strike you. The best BLOCK is to actually get out of the way of a strike thus we just talked about it = 2) DISTANCE. But there is a God given BLOCK that is natural to most and I will share this BLOCK with you now. 

FIRST … you put your right hand on the right side of your head over your right temple, hold your head and then the left hand the same on the left temple. Your temples are knock out buttons so you must protect them. Now bring your elbows together and try to place them on your chest. 

This protects your knock out buttons on the sides  of your jaw and neck. This block is like a sissy girl grabbing her head and saying, “I am afraid … I am afraid.”  But it protects all the major knock out spots = Temples, Jaw and Neck sides. This is an old school Muay Thai block and many in the UFC fighters are using this type of block. 

SECOND … Now you will stand strong like a Bull with horns at your hair line forehead … putting your head a little but strong forward !! The strongest bone on your body is your bowling ball forehead and the back of your head. They are great for blocks and as a striking weapon. 

If someone was to punch your nose you simply give them your forehead; give them your hair line head and if they punch your bowling ball head they will break their fist/knuckles/hand !!

THIRD … IF you were successful in your BLOCK … what do you do now ?? 

Honestly, this sucks because now you are in a fight. IF you are a fighter then you might be up to the challenge but if not what do you do ?? I tell people and I always have in my mind to communicate again and again to try to stop the fight by communication/talking which is the way of the world right ?? The only other option is to RUN … but can you RUN faster than your attacker ?? 

This leads us right into 10 Lecture 9- “PULL the Trigger ??”

I am going to teach you some basic put powerful BODY defense moves but can you do them ??  Are you willing do them ?? If someone is going to or try to HURT you will you HURT them in order to save your life of someone’s life ??  Important questions to ASK now … right ??!!  

This will take us to Lecture 10 =

POWER Points in this Lecture: 

1) STOP … in a loud and commanding voice say STOP. 

You goal here is to get the attacker to communicate, to talk and hopefully to solve their problem with no harm to you or to them. When people STOP and talk the emotions will calm down. 

2) DISTANCE … keep a certain DISTANCE away from your Attacker. 

You goal here is to keep a SAFE distance between you and the attacker. You can move and get out of the way of a strike if you establish a SAFE distance away from the attacker. 

3) PROTECT … know ONE basic BLOCK that PROTECTS your major knock out targets.  

You must acknowledge your knock out spots because if you get knocked out then it is the same as going to Crime Scene 2 !!  

A KO in self-defense is a DEADLY situation for sure !!

When you PULL the Trigger of a GUN does the bullet come out at 30% to 60% power ?? 

NO … it does not right ??  The BULLET comes out at 110% power which is a DEADLY force !!  

Again, honestly when YOU have to defend yourself you have to be able to turn ON the DEADLY force button ON … totally ON … so what ever you do is effective. 

The emotions of Fear, Die-ing, Saving a Life and/or Protecting your LOVED ones must come out, be the FUEL behind your BULLET and be the DEADLY force to defend !!

1) Spirit-Soul-Mind decision must be made now !!  PULL the Trigger use DEADLY force !! 

Even before making a BODY physically defense you must have it in your Spirit-Soul MIND that you are determined NOW to defend yourself or your friends and loved ones !!

2) BODY physical practice … once you have made a Decision … now practice to see if you can really DO it physically !!  Is your physical defense fueled by or a reflection of your Spirit-Soul MIND giving you the full freedom to strike … to defend !!??!!??

In our last Lecture I was really setting you up to be able to do (3) main WEAPONS but again WILL YOU really use them, will you PULL the Trigger of a GUN and strike 110% so they will truly be a DEADLY force ??  The BULLET comes out at 110% power which is a DEADLY force !!  

Again, honestly when YOU have to defend yourself, you have to be able to turn the DEADLY force button ON … totally ON … so what ever you do is effective.

Trying to keep this Self-Defense Course as simple as possible so I am only giving you (3) main WEAPONS and most of you can do these naturally.  They do not take that much practice and again their success in defending you is really up to your Spirit-Soul and MIND decisions to defend. 

1) BITE … BITE to submit … BITE for DEADLY Pain … BITE until attacker passes OUT !! 

Most of us learned this defense WEAPON when we were 2 years old and Bruce talked about this WEAPON when he was in a wrestling lock and could not get out so he bit his attacker !!  

But most of US do not remember this WEAPON’s effectiveness as an adult.  Keep it simple, this weapon is easy, if your attacker grabs you or tries to come close to over take you … you grab them, hold tight and BITE until they pass OUT !!

2) GRAB … GRAB - PULL - TWIST until your attacker passes OUT !!  

In Lecture 12 we will bring this into a clear understanding so I just want you to again get it into your mind that you are trying to Knock OUT your Attacker with DEATH Level Pain … Okay ?? 

I think some of you know what the GRAB - PULL - TWIST target is but most really do not know the details for FULL effectiveness.  EEE = Extreme Effectiveness with the least amount of Effort !!

3) STRIKE … (3) Strikes and they are OUT !!  YOU ready to DO this ??!!

Most people think in their minds that Striking is really easy.  Those that have done it know it takes hours and hours of practice to make your Strikes really effective.  That is why many UFC MMA fighters and traveling to Thailand to learn the best Ring Striking techniques from their #1 National Sport of Muay Thai.  

In this Course I have decided to focus on WEAPONS 1) BITE and 2) GRAB because they are really effective and you do not have to practice a lot to make them more effective.  But I will give you (2) Hand WEAPONS and please NOTE the Knuckle FIST is Not one of them !!  

Even though the FIST punch in many movies seems to work; in real life it does not and especially if you have never thrown a PUNCH in your life time !!  Again, if someone was to punch you in the nose you give them your hairline forehead/bowling ball and then will break their HAND !! 

1- HAMMER = Most people can strike pretty hard using the HAMMER Fist but again to really be effective you must practice and get confident in using this WEAPON !!

2- PALM = Most people can strike pretty hard using the PALM Hand but again to really be effective you must practice and get confident in using this WEAPON !!  In this Self-Defense Course practice hitting the TARGET (3) Times !!

Finally and again in Striking you must practice.  When you practice I want you to do (3) Strikes in a row … NOT just ONE !! This is the (3) Strikes and they are OUT technique and we will talk more about this in the next Lecture.  

Again, if you are going to Strike to defend yourself then Do IT (3) times … try to HIT the TARGET (3) times then for sure you will have a good chance of a deadly force that will protect you !! 

Okay, I have given you (3) main WEAPONS but you must know and be familiar with the TARGETS.  Unless you know what the WEAPON’s TARGETS how will you ever HIT them for the desired effectiveness ??  How will you ever really really DEFEND yourself ?? 

This will take us to the Final Lecture 12 and in the next Lecture I will give you real life examples on how these WEAPONS and TARGETS did save some LIVES !! =

What is the TARGET ?? … this is the best WEAPON because almost anywhere is a TARGET !!

Men can not handle PAIN !!

Most women do not realize that men can not handle PAIN.  I saw a YouTube video when a man did a PAIN test on his stomach, the PAIN test went from level 1 to 10 and he almost died at only level 4 … IF men had to have a baby they would DIE !!  

Khru Doc’s wrist … PAIN in his wrist … almost passed OUT !!

I am a Muay Thai trainer and fighter.  I have dealt with a lot of pain and yes I personally preach, “NO PAIN … No Gain !!”  I had a little surgery on my wrist to take out a small fatty bump and I went in for a post check up.  The Doctor sat me down at his office desk, stuck a needle into wrist to pull out some of the liquid that was stuck there and he had to move the needle around a little.  

Now your wrist is a pretty tough location, it is not like your under arms or the inside of your thighs … right ??  A piercing PAIN went up my arm to my heart and I almost passed OUT !!  

Again, that shows me that even the toughest MAN is a sissy girl when it comes to PAIN !!  In fact the sissy girl can take more PAIN than the typical MAN !! LOL. ;-)  

Coach Zina has done this and her attacker passed OUT and she walked away !!

When Coach Zina was around 16 years old a man tried to get her to do something she did not want to do so she BIT him on his leg, her teeth did touch each other and he passed OUT !!  Coach Zina then simply walked away from her attacker and so CAN YOU !! 

Again, keep it simple, this weapon is easy, if your attacker grabs you or tries to come close to over power you … you grab them, hold tight and BITE until they pass OUT !!


    

2) GRAB … GRAB - PULL - TWIST until your attacker passes OUT !!  

What is the TARGET ?? … the GROIN … the MAN’s Privates (2) to be exact !! 

What are you trying to GRAB ??  The Scrotum; the Testicles (2) to be exact !!  Again because of a man’s low PAIN tolerance if these are GRABed, PULLed, TWISTed any man will pass OUT !! 

Lady Police Office did this in a California State Prison !!

I personally know of a Lady Officer that got into a bad situation in a Prison.  She ended up on her back with a MALE inmate sitting on her stomach and he was going to beat her to DEATH !!  

Now this GRAB technique is not taught by the Police Academy but she knew some street moves that could SAVE her LIFE !!  She had basically ONE chance to LIVE and she GRABBED her attackers GROIN, PULLed and TWISTed and he passed OUT !!  Again … You CAN Do It !!  

But remember your Spirit-Soul MIND must make this decision NOW in order to Do It !!   

I was going to just stop there and not really talk about STRIKEs because the first (2) WEAPONS should do the job because of “EEE” = Extreme Effectiveness with the least amount of Effort !!

But I have learned that many women do like to STRIKE so let us talk about STRIKE TARGETS. 



3) STRIKE … (3) Strikes and they are OUT !!  YOU ready to DO this ??!!

What is the TARGET ?? NOSE, KO spots (temple, jaw, neck), GROIN !!

I have been punched in the Temple and in the Jaw and I was knocked out = KO’d !!  I have been Elbowed in the Jaw and I was quickly KO’d !!  So I know if the TARGETS are HIT a KO is the result.  BUT again you have to practice these moves and most importantly you must be comfortable and confident in striking the TARGETS !! 

Some people think it is easy to Strike, Punch, Elbow, Knee, Kick at some of these TARGETS but what happens if the TARGET moves ??!!  Big MISS right ??  That is why I have people focus on WEAPONS 1) and 2) because they are more effective compared to Striking WEAPONS !!   

1- HAMMER = 

What is the TARGET = NOSE, KO spots (temple, jaw, neck), GROIN !! 

2- PALM = 

What is the TARGET = NOSE, KO spots (temple, jaw, neck), GROIN !!

You have to set up some TARGETS and then practice hitting the TARGETS (3) Times !!  Again, the TARGETS will always be different on different people and always remember what if the TARGET/ person moves ??

Okay, I have given you main WEAPONS & TARGETS but you must know and be familiar with the them.  Unless you know the WEAPON and the TARGETS and PRACTICE hitting will you for sure get the desired effectiveness !!  

How will you ever really really DEFEND yourself ??!!

Senior Muay Thai Teacher Khru Doc

3 January 2018 I will be 55 years young.  Started Fitness at the age of 10 when I was a fat and overweight American boy.  I do not look American because my Dad is Filipino, my GrandPA is Italian and my GrandMA is Irish American.  Exercise and Team Sports changed my life and I have been into Fitness for almost 45 years.  I played American Football for 7 years and most of my injuries come from this Team Sport.  So I have learned and developed many Rehab exercise programs from my own personal experiences and practices.  

My Dad and Uncles were Filipino Boxers in the ARMY and I loved the Sport starting in my youth and I became a pretty good Boxer.  I was in the ARMY Air-Bourne Special Forces Unit from 1984 to 1988 and I won Awards in Fitness and Leadership.  I also practiced Martial Arts from Japan (Judo/Karate), China (KungFu/Tai-Chi) and Korea (Tae-Kwon-Do).  I mixed Boxing with Martial Arts and I was a California Kickboxing Champ 1993.  At that time I was also learning Muay Thai which is the "King of the Ring" stand up fighting form in all of the world.  

In 2010 I was the first American to get Certified with Thailand's Muay Thai College and Khru (Teachers) Association.  In the year 1990, I started to study more about Nutrition so became a Certified Health Minister in 1996 which had been teaching a Cure for Cancer that came from a Dr. Otto Warburg in 1931.  

I owned Concord Kickboxing Club = CKC in Northern California for 14 years = 1990 to 2004.  I did a career change in 2003 to 2006 and I became a Police Correctional Officer at San Quentin CA State Prison.  In the Police Academy I again won awards in Fitness and Leadership.  Visited Thailand in the year 2004, then with my wife Zina in 2005 and then sold everything in America and moved to Thailand in 2006.  We became Christian Pastors with 4SQ - Four Square Church in 2014 to help people in a Full Health and Healing for the Spirit - Soul - Body and we want everyone to know a true Promise of Heaven.  

Been living in Thailand for over 11 years now and to say the least I have had some Amazing Experiences.  That is why I became an Udemy Instructor, to share an old historical theme of the Martial Art Warriors of old ... they fight in humbleness, Royal honor and respect and then become a teacher and a healer of the societies around them.
