Kids Yoga Course Lessons
Rana Kirkland was born in New York and later attended High School in Nevada before graduating from USC. Her degree is in Communications and International Relations. Rana instructed/authored and coproduced two award winning children's yoga videos called"I Can Do Yoga". Rana worked as an actress before starting a creative arts business for kids where she taught kids yoga and directed plays 12 years.In the past few years, Rana's focus has been on the overall well being of how kids can learn healthy habits. Rana is certified in nutrition and received her certificate to teach child yoga in 2001 from the Ananda Yoga Center. Rana has taught hundreds of students ages pre-school to teen where she lives in Southern California. She is available for onsite classes and workshops.
