Description

This Kettlebell program is designed for those that want to stop the ineffective long duration aerobic exercise that so many do.  Instead lets focus on getting strong and building conditioning with kettlebells.  The program goes through different exercises.  It also focus on different ways to train with kettlebells.  Studies have shown that kettlebells burn more cardio and may be more beneficial versus regular aerobic exercise.  Warning this is not for a beginner.  If you do not know how to lift a kettlebell I recommend that you get a local instructor if possible.  Form and technique can be incorrect even with watching and practicing videos.  A good coach is warranted if you are beginner.

The student will learn lifts with a 70lb kettlebell and with a 30lb kettlebell.  When using kettlebells probably more than any other device form is super important.  Take notes and focus on what you can do not on what you cannot do.  Finally be prepared to practice before moving into circuits or other methods of lifting.  Master the swing before moving into a swing snatch as an example.

Background

Jeremy grew up in rural Minnesota where he developed appreciation for hard work and All American values.  He started driving tractor at the young age of 10 or 11.  The farm work was challenging but taught discipline.  Unfortunately, his grandfather died in a tractor accident leaving Jeremy heartbroken and knowing that farming was not for him.

Instead Jeremy turned to sports.  Through perseverance and dedication Jeremy played basketball and baseball at Wisconsin Lutheran College. He went on to graduate from there with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree.
