Professional Instructional Designer and Org. Dev. Consultant

Hi everyone. I'm Mike. I have been in the training and organizational development field for 7 years professionally. I have designed and implemented solutions, both training and non-training, for private and government entities, taught ESL to adults and children in the USA, France, and South Korea, and taught French to American high school students. However, my primary interests are in adult education and workplace training engagement. I am also a PMP (Project Management Professional). I am highly interested in applying project management processes to training management and training development.

Like any profession, training is evolving at a rapid pace. Staying up with the latest best practices can be a daunting task for business leaders and training personnel alike, but I am always up to the task. I hope you find any course of mine that you take to be practical and easy to understand. And most of all, I hope you can apply what you learn to the job as soon as possible.
