The main focus is vegetarian healthy food but of course you don’t need to be vegetarian to join!

This dessert is very easy to make and even easier to eat! Kinako is roasted soybean flour and is the main ingredient for this dessert. You will learn how to make these round cookies in this lesson.

Daikon Mochi

In this lesson you will learn how to make dashi (soup stock) and miso soup; one of the most essential parts of a Japanese meal. I will introduce the ingredients and their nutritional benefits. After that I will show you how to make miso soup and tell you about different variations and alterations.

Miso Soup

This side dish has just a few ingredients. Its main ingredient is the seaweed called hijiki. In this lesson you will learn how to make this nutritious dish and I will talk about the benefits of Hijiki. I will also let you know what other seaweed you can replace it with.
