He was selected as a national expert in total quality management by the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) Japan. He is a QMS 9000 Principal Auditor of IRCA (UK) and lead instructor for Six Sigma Black/Green Belt courses.  He is PhD in Engineering Management with involvement in many research projects in Quality. He has been the chief editor of two international magazines on Quality and Business Excellence and is an invited speaker and contributor in many conferences and professional forums for the development of quality.
