Section 1: Start Here

Outline of making intuitive decisions

In part one, we will go over why it's important to make easy and quick choices so that we don't get stuck in areas of our lives. When making choices confidently we are able to move forward and not get stuck in a rut.

In part two, we start the fun things. We'll go over three simple and easy to do activities that can help you get a yes and no response. Will also briefly cover pendulums and how they can help you with decision-making. Also go into muscle testing and how this is an intuitive answer from your own body. We will also do a fun visualization which enables you to speak to your future self.

Part 3 introduces you to using a pendulum in your decision making process.

Part 4 we will see three ways in which we can use our own bodies for a Yes or No response through Muscle Testing.

In part 5, we will do another visualization that enables you to expand the choices you think you have. And exercise you'll be able to glean more information from looking on the outside of your situation.

I included a bonus exercise called "Speaking with Your Future Self." This is by far my favorite way to make decisions based upon possible choices and how they may effect me in the future.

So let's get started.

Section 2: Quick Ways to get a "Yes" or "No" Response

This is a visualization that will give you a "yes" and "no" response.

Overview Rose Visualization

1.) Let's start by quieting the mind and taking a few deep breaths.

2.) Visualized two roses side-by-side what of these are going to be your yes response rose the other your no response

3.) Bring one rose forward, I'm going to say Yes three times. On the third time your yes rose will become the yes color.

4.) Bring forward the no rose. I'm going to say No three times. This will be your no color rose.

5.) Ask yourself a Yes or No question and see which rose either lights up or moves forward.


Overview Feeling a Decision

This exercise is for those of you who are more empathic.

1.) Quiet the mind and take some deep breaths.

2.) Concentrate on how your body feels now I watched you to allow your body to be in a neutral position feeling wises.

3.) Imagine that Yes response is being felt by your body. How does your body feel with a Yes response?

4.) Go back to a neutral state.

5.) Ask your body to give you and no feeling. How does your body feel within no response?

6.) How are both different from a neutral response?


Overview - Eating a Decision

1.) Imagine a decision as a meal and eat it what your gut feels is the best choice for you .

2.) This brings the decision down to the 2nd chakra area.

3.) Breath the choices down into that belly area into that lower chakra area and I went to the sense how that makes your body feel.

4.) If you are a visual person, when you take it into that area see if anything happens visually perhaps it seems to bloom. Perhaps a landscape appears calm, perhaps the bright light starts to shine or perhaps there is a landscape that is less than desirable such as burnt and twisted trees.

5.) When you sit with these choices in this the lower chakra feel sense and see how your body responds again is to give you a sense of clarity and able to go with that gut feeling.
