One of the cool things about object oriented programming is that you can interact with other products, without even having to open the application. In this lesson, you will learn how to connect to Microsoft Excel through ActiveX, and issue Excel functions on your Manifold data.

Dr. Arthur J. Lembo, Jr. is an educator with a passion for GIS and almost 30 years of GIS industry experience.
Currently, Dr. Lembo is an Associate Professor in the Department of Geography and Geosciences at Salisbury University, where he is also the Technical Director of the Eastern Shore Regional GIS Cooperative.
