Hi! My name is Aun Sukijjakhamin. I am a senior HR manager with over a decade of experience in human resources management based in Sydney, Australia. I started my career working in candidate selection with a boutique Australian firm that exclusively employs organisational psychologists. I have over 5 years experience in consulting working for top-tier professional services firms - Mercer and PwC - in reward, workforce planning and optimisation, and broader HR strategy. In the past 4 years, I have been working for one of the largest financial institutions in Australia in Centre of Expertise HR roles covering a wide range of topics including performance, talent management, leadership assessment, career mobility and employee development.
I hold a Bachelors degree in Psychology (with First Class Honours) and a Masters degree in Organisational Psychology from the University of New South Wales (Sydney, Australia). I also hold a Lean Six Sigma Productivity Green Belt certification from Cardiff University (Wales, UK).
In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, bush walking, acting in theatre plays, and teaching Buddhism to children at Sunday school. I have a never-ending quest for knowledge in different disciplines and a passion to share the knowledge I have learnt along the way.
