Meet Denise, Christian, JD, Donte, Stanley, Jennifer, Africa, and Jasona: real people who have each lost between 30 and 160 pounds, without diet pills or surgery. In this course they're going to teach you how to lose the weight and keep it off without endangering your health or buying into a fad diet or gimmick.

In Section 1: The Starting Line

You'll learn how these folks got overweight in the first place. They'll tell you what they were eating, and how their old lifestyles lead to their obesity. Then they'll walk you through the moments they realized that something had to change.

In Section 2: Change Your Mindset

You'll learn how to set a goal, and stick to it. Losing weight is not easy, but the more you plan ahead, the better your chances of success. Our instructors will walk you through their ups and downs, and teach you how to stay strong when the going gets tough.

In Section 3: Change Your Eating Habits

You'll learn what foods to focus on, and which ones to avoid. Our instructors will tell you how to find the healthiest items in the supermarket, and how to fully understand all the information on the nutrition labels. They'll teach you how to deal with inevitable cravings, how to stay hydrated, and how to make sure your body is staying fueled.

In Section 4: Change Your Lifestyle

You'll learn the importance of setting a workout plan, and executing on it. The instructors will walk you through their own personal fitness regimens, and teach you how they combine cardio and strength training exercised to lose fat, build muscle, tighten their skin, and boost their metabolic rate.

In Section 5: The Finish Line

You'll get a sneak preview of what your life is going to be like once you lose the weight. If you focus, stay determined, and follow the guidelines learned in the previous sections, you should experience these benefits in no time.
