Instructor Biography

Penny Dablin, Direct Response Copywriter

I’m a UK based direct response copywriter and copy trainer. For the last 5 years I’ve been writing copy for solopreneurs and small companies. Many of these sorts of companies don’t have the resources to employ a copywriter so I created a course to give them the skills to write their own copy.

My working career has been very varied with periods in insurance, computing, teaching and life coaching amongst others.

My hobbies include knitting having been taught to knit by my mother when I was just 6 years old. And for the last 10 years I’ve been selling my own DVDs teaching knitting skills to customers across the globe.

I’m also interested in personal development and speaking from the stage. I’ve been a member of Toastmasters International for over 12 years including reaching the UK & Ireland District Final of the International Speech Contest in 1999.

Currently I live in Buckinghamshire with my husband of 31 years.
