My name is Brad Lindley. I graduated from LSU in 2008 with a degree in business management. In 2011, at the age of 25, I purchased my first 4plex as my primary residence. In 2012 I got my Real Estate License and began to professionally manage 50 residential rentals and 13 homeowner associations. In 2014 I began investing in, and managing mobile homes.

I am creating courses to share my experience. I find that most real estate gurus don't actually practice what the preach, and in some cases don't even own property! I live it and breath it daily.
