In order to stop a manipulator you need to be able to recognize them.
What is their modus operandi (MO)...their "mode of operating". How do manipulators go about finding a victim and what steps do they take to get that person in a position to be manipulated?

Making statements allows the manipulator to "shift" what they want the meaning to be. You will learn how to use this fundamental communication key for being successful when dealing with manipulators and narcissists.
It has been said that you cannot learn anything if you are the one talking. When trying to resolve ANY problem you need to learn what the problem is. You need to be able to inquire in a way that brings the information you need out in the open as efficiently as possible.
Very few people use these rules in communication. If you need specific information then you should use specific rules that allow you to get the exact information you want. You can't ask five questions in one breath and expect the person to answer them all.
You will learn the reasoning behind the psychology of these techniques. Knowing why something works helps you to understand it, which in turn makes it easier for you to use it.

This lecture will help you to understand that being manipulated is not a normal state and whatever reasons are being used to justify it are false.
This lecture covers basic rights you have as a human being. If someone else is taking them away, then they are in violation of your rights. It's a pretty simple concept.
