She is a Registered Holistic Nutritional Consultant, as well as a Kundalini, Hatha and Prenatal Yoga Teacher with over 20 years experience in the natural healing industry. She graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, KRI's Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Program, Esther Myers' 2 Year Yoga Teacher Training Program, and Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa's Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training Program. Anastasia is the author of the blog Keeping It Real Natural Living.

Anastasia is the founder of Anointment Natural Skin Care, one of Canada's premier natural cosmetics companies. Anastasia has also owned many other holistic businesses over the years including Padmavati Yoga Centre, Earth's Oven Organic Bakery and Wild Ways Botanicals.
