My name is Renata Aguilar I am chef and health coach with more than 6 years of experience teaching people just like you how to lose weight by changing their eating habits with brain food and basic exercises done at home.

I currently work for several food brands and broadcast my own TV program called "healthy cooking", teaching thousands of people  how to change their nutrition practices easily.

I studied gastronomy in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 2005, with a specialty in nutrition, then i did a program called unconscious nutrition with Neuro-Linguistic Programming to diferent brands and co-wokers changing food habits.

Now i represent a very important supermarket brand in Mexico giving advices of nutrition to their customers.
