Through my own stories, you'll learn about the Job Acquisition Funnel, how I used this funnel to find my first job, and how it applies to your job search.

We'll walk through how to write a proper resume and cover letter as well as how to build multiple templates off of your first resume and cover letter so that you can increase your chance of getting to the phone interview stage. I'll then teach you some secret tricks on how to find jobs on job search engines like Indeed and how to make you more discoverable by recruiters on platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn. By the end of the course, you'll gain the skills necessary to jump start your career out of college and improve the success rate of your job hunt.

I'm a marketer who has worked at 5 startups: two were acquired by Amazon, 1 by Walmart, and 1 raised $40M from Andreessen Horowitz. While working at these startups, I've received tremendous support from my mentors--who were Directors, VPs, and startup founders with degrees from Harvard Business School, Wharton, and Stanford.
Because of these mentors, I've been able to fast track my career from an unemployed English major to an entry-level Marketing Associate making $42,600 to a manager making over $100,00 in just four years. I'm super passionate about sharing what I've learned, helping people find jobs, putting people on the right career path, and negotiating salaries. In fact, I've recently built my own website called, Huttle, which is a platform that connects college students and recent graduates with successful young professionals to get career advice and find jobs.
I graduated from the University of California, Davis in 2011 with a degree in English and minors in Economics and Asian American Studies.
