The term “boot camp” can have some negative and frightening associations. It may conjure images of muddy soldiers crawling their way under barbed wire while a drill sergeant screams in their ears. Something like “circuit training” may sound more pleasant. Other names can be interval training, wellness camps, fitness retreat etc. The long and short of it is that all these camps have one thing in common: people getting together to do a series of exercises all within a specific time frame.

Andrew Hiob, Computer Science and Fitness Instructor

I am a certified personal trainer, group fitness and TRX instructor. I teach intense boot camps at least once a week and have done so for the last few years.

I am also a computer programmer who is well versed in C++, SQL and PHP. Currently I am attempting to learn Unity via a Udemy course.

I am also certified in Lean Healthcare. I have a Green Belt in Lean from the Learning Institute. I have performed many Lean projects in both Residential and Acute settings.
