Description

Are you struggling with mild to moderate depression?

Looking for better options for treatment?

Interested in natural health and healing?

Then this course is for you!

Oriental medicine and eastern psychology offer a unique and effective approach to treating and clearing depression. Chinese medicine alone offers over 2000 years of field testing in the treatment and understanding of depression, anxiety and stress.

This course has been designed to gently guide you through a step-by-step process to help clear your depression, layer by layer.

What makes this approach unique is that we acknowledge and work with the 3 dimensions of the human being.

We understand that -

DEPRESSION IS NOT JUST A CHEMICAL IMBALANCE IN THE BRAIN

There is more to it than that.

It is occurring on the subtle realms of "Qi" or life force energy. Depression and stress is strongly associated with the health and flow of one's "Qi". When the "Qi" in the body and mind is stressed or stagnated for extended periods, it manifests as depression, anxiety and eventually physical disease.

When we address and smooth out the flow of this Qi, depression and anxiety tends to dissolve, naturally. This is what this course is about.

This "Qi" that we all have, operates and helps to govern the 3 level of the human being.

1. The physical body 2. The mental / emotional body 3. The spiritual body

In this course we approach all 3 layers, one by one clearing and cleaning up the Qi as we go.

This course offers a refreshing, unique and effective approach to treating depression.

Depression in the modern framework of western psychology and medicine is providing average results and the spread of depression related illness is on the rise.

It's time we look into other forms of treatment and approach to help curb this modern day epidemic.

If you're ready to consider new way to approach it, then this is the course for you.

Results from taking this course can vary and are largely dependent on the individual and the depth of their depression.

However, if you were to follow the instructions, it is possible to clear your (mild to moderate depression) depression naturally, and keep it off, within 3 months!

By the end of the course you will:

- Feel physically fitter and stronger

- Be able to breathe with greater ease

- Sleep more easily

- Have a greater sense of purpose and direction in life

- Feel smarter and more intellectually stimulated

- And much more!

This course is not just about treatment, but also maintaining and managing ones ongoing psychological state so that you are better equipped to deal with any future feelings of depression.

Best Selling Author & Teacher

Michael Hetherington (BHlthSci, TCM, Yoga) is an author, yoga instructor and a teacher of traditional Oriental medicine from Brisbane, Australia.

He specialises in blasting people out of stagnation, anxiety and depression and into a more inspired life using the internal sciences of yoga and Chinese medicine to awaken their healing potential.

He holds a Bachelor in Health Science from Charles Sturt University, an Advanced Diploma in Acupuncture from the Australian Institute of Applied Sciences and a level 2, yoga teacher certificate from the Byron yoga centre. He has been teaching yoga since 2008 and was a lecturer of Oriental medicine and Chinese medical massage (Tui Na) at the Australian Institute of Applied Sciences from 2014-2015.

In his early twenties he suffered from regular migraine headaches, depression and chronic lower back pain, which he overcame primarily through the practices of yoga, relaxation and meditation.

Michael was always attracted to eastern philosophy and it was this interest that drew him to the teachings and practices of yoga and Oriental medicine at a young age. After traveling to China to teach English for a year, he returned to Australia in 2004 to begin studying Chinese medicine, remedial massage and practicing Oki-Do yoga (Japanese Yoga form developed by Dr Masahiro Oki) under the guidance of Peter Masters.

Inspired by the teachings of many he has learned that a lighthearted and nurturing approach to life serves best.

Michael's other interests include world music, multimedia arts, reading, dancing, traveling, spending time in nature & drinking cups of tea.
