These are smart phone apps, software programs and websites that are extremely helpful.

One of my favorite tools is the Pomodoro Technique. This tool will help you to set aside focused time where you are only focusing your energy on the task at hand. When the timer goes off for pre-scheduled intervals, you're free to take a break and refresh your brain!

Another great tool out there is Drop Task - which is essentially a visual organizer and to-do list.
