I am a mum of twin 3 year olds and I own my own business.
I know exactly how you feel when you wake up in the morning and the last thing that you feel like doing is exercising, and when you are getting ready for bed at night the last thing that you feel like doing is exercising.
I am here to help you learn that 2 minutes of exercise or moving is beneficial for your body, your mind, and your confidence. 2 minutes of moving at home or at work can make a difference to your health and weight goals.
