This is our test course just to see how it is received. I ran a successful bakery called Blueberry Hill for many years, where we designed and supplied cakes to both private clients and the retail market including Harrods, Wholefoods and Selfridges.
I have a passion for food, especially baking and decorating, and I love teaching.

I have a masters degree in fine art from the university of arts London.
As a designer I have advanced experience with photoshop, illustrator, flash, aftereffects, as well as web design with html/css.
I also have extensive business experience, I am the founder of animation agency demojive In the last two years I've scripted and directed around two hundred explainer/sales/demo videos at demojive.
I also have experience in digital marketing setting up ppc, seo and social campaigns for various clients, and I also have experience with ui/ux design, web analytics and conversion optimisation.
