Looking at the scale can be a depressing and debilitating activity that can cause unnecessary stress which leads to more weight gain! The good news is that there is a piece of equipment that works, a mirror. Looking at yourself in the mirror is an accurate way to see how your progress is going and if you need to make any energy balance adjustments.
