Dawn has been an adjunct professor at the University of New Haven and has been a featured speaker on recruiting and retention, entrepreneurial business, and labor relations for local Connecticut colleges. Dawn currently teaches as an Adjunct Faculty member for Post University and Naugatuck Valley Community College in Waterbury, CT.
