She has more than 20 years’ management experience driving profitability for national corporations in the Hospitality, Human Resource, and Real Estate industries. She is known for her ability to hire, train, and develop management professionals at any level.
Dawn has been an adjunct professor at the University of New Haven and has been a featured speaker on recruiting and retention, entrepreneurial business, and labor relations for local Connecticut colleges. Dawn currently teaches as an Adjunct Faculty member for Post University and Naugatuck Valley Community College in Waterbury, CT. Dawn is a member of the Southern CT Chapter for the Society of Human Resources Management. She is an Alumni Board Member for The Hospitality Business School at Michigan State University.

Dawn earned her BA in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University and a MS in Labor Relations from the University of New Haven.
