Planting Agile Seeds

Growing Agile is a partnership between Karen Greaves and Samantha Laing focused on helping companies and individuals be agile. We provide coaching, support and training to help you find the right path for your organization. Our goal as a company is as simple as our name – to keep growing agile, starting in the beautiful Cape where we live.

If you enjoyed our course, you might like our Coach's Guide book series. The series is aimed at agile coaches, trainers and ScrumMasters who often need to facilitate training courses or workshops on a number of agile topics. The books include nearly everything you need to deliver these workshops or courses from slides, to training plans, to exercises, and handouts. Check them out!
