Section 1: Anatomy of a Goal
In this lecture, you will understand what is a goal and why they are important. You may be tempted to skip this lecture but don't do that. Going through this lecture will give you the perspective for the rest of the class.

In this lecture,you will learn how goal sticking is different from goal setting. Goal Setting sets the destination but Goal Sticking is the journey that takes you there.

In order to build affirmations to your goals, you need to write them down. In this lecture, you will learn the power of writing down affirmations.

By now, you know that sticking to goals frequently requires building new habits. Writing affirmations helps your sub-conscious mind to focus on things you want to achieve. But in order to build new habits, you need to know how to build them. You need credible, actionable information to help you in this process. 
Its time to tune into right frequency. In this lecture, you will learn about why you need to tune into right frequency and how to do it. 
All the music in the world is already in the airways but we cannot hear it unless we  tuned into the right radio station. Similarly, all the information we need to act and succeed is already around us. We can't see it or find it because we are not tuned into it. But once you start tuning into the right frequency, you start seeing the information. This lecture further explains the concept. 

You will need to complete the worksheet from frequency tuning exercise now. Take it out and right down five sources of information around you for the frequency you identified in this worksheet. These sources could be friends / family who have achieved what you are trying to do, books, training programs, professional coaches, websites or any other source which will give you the desired information.  

Once you have identified the sources of information, you need to start receiving it. you receive information in many ways - by asking the sources you identified in the previous step, reading books, listening to CDs, and attending conferences or training programs. 
Just as you receive information from others, you also receive it from yourself. Our subconscious mind is always thinking and processing information. Once it tunes into the right frequency, it starts generating ideas and thoughts with the right information. The problem is, it is much harder to receive from your subconscious mind. You use techniques described in this lecture to start receiving information from yourself.     
Once you start receiving information from right sources, you need to capture it so you can act on it. Capturing information is a mechanical process but it can undo all the hard work if not done properly.
Listen to this lecture to find out different ways you can capture information. You will need to try few different methods to find out what works best for you. 
Once you start acting on the information you receive, you need to also observe if the actions are leading to desired outcomes. It is not uncommon for us to try 2-3 different things before we find something that works for us. We are all different individuals and what works for one need not necessarily work for the other.
