This course will take you from dreamer to achiever by helping you set your goal the right way from the beginning, and setting a framework around it that will keep you motivated and moving forward.
In this course you will:
As Zig Zigler said, “There is no elevator to the top; you have to take the stairs.”
How does a person walk 1,000 miles? One step at a time.
Those who achieve put "first things first."
“Either you run the day, or the day runs you.” – Jim Rohn
To see it - is to feel it - is to be it.
“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence is not an act but a habit.” - Aristotle
“Accountability is the glue that ties commitment to results.” – Bob Proctor
There’s no reason you can’t have a little fun along the way...

Well begun is half done.
Ken Downer is a 26 year veteran of the United States Army, recently retiring as a Colonel of Infantry. He has led Soldiers and civilians in groups ranging from three to three hundred at every level and in a wide variety of environments. Whether it’s leading paratroopers in the jungle, college students in the class room, a polyglot task force on a desert outpost, or a staff of experts in a cubicle farm, he’s got the T-shirt.
Ken’s mission now is to take what he has learned and share it with others who can benefit from those experiences and make the learning curve a little less steep.
He believes that the potential for strong, positive leadership lies within us all.
