Description

Do you often find yourself staring at a blank screen/piece of paper, wondering why you can’t come up with a good idea?

This course is designed to provide professional creatives of any type - writers, designers, animators, musicians, and every other kind of creative field - with a proven technique for coming up with great ideas on demand.

You’ll learn how to:

  1. Never get stuck for ideas again. EVER.
  2. Break your own thinking patterns and surprise yourself.
  3. Get rid of clichés and mediocre ideas.
  4. Get your clients or supervisors on board with your ideas.
  5. Recognize and avoid common pitfalls that can really kill your ideas.

As a creative person I know you don’t have time - so I've made an effort to fit everything into a mean lean 60 minutes course. With careful pacing and plenty of cartoons, metaphors, examples and anecdotes, this course is as entertaining as it is useful.

“You don’t need inspiration to get ideas. Ideas stir up inspiration, not the other way around.”

Take the course now and find out how it all works!

Who is the target audience?
  • Writers
  • Animators
  • Game & App designers
  • Architects & interior designers
  • Illustrators
  • Fashion designers
  • Anyone who needs more control over their creativity

Creative Director,Animator,Writer,Designer,Process Expert

Director, Animator, Storyboard artist, Designer, Writer, Teacher, Entrepreneur.

For the last decade, I've been studying the creative process. Not as a scholar, but as a professional creative trying to unlock the secrets to the ultimate working method that would (a) work for every creative field out there, (b) push quality while eliminating creative frustrations, and (c) support professional "on demand" creativity as well as personal work.

My own career in this past decade is living proof that the research was successful. With no formal training at all, I managed to lead a rich, varied, fast-evolving and profitable creative career. I've done storyboards for major features and TV shows (Emmy awarded Shaun the Sheep), animated on major feature films (Asterix and the Vikings), worked on famous computer games (Hitman), and managed and supervised creative teams of up 30 people (Roadrunner). I also wrote a couple of instructional books, illustrated chilrens books, designed apps (AppSpace for android), and much more.

Being a teacher since 2001, it seems only natural that I should look for ways to pass along my creative process secrets. That's why I founded CreativityWise, and this is also what this Udemy channel is all about.

Welcome to the world of a creative process that actually WORKS. :)
