Are you wanting to lower your anxiety? Self-improvement is not a one-size-fits-all formula. By getting to know yourself as an individual and your anxiety as unique to you, you’ll be able to make targeted changes to the most important areas of your life. In this interactive course, we’ll cover multiple things, including:
concrete ways your anxiety manifests
patterns of anxiety in your life
positive strengths associated with your anxiety
planning so you can make changes going forward
By gaining a clear understanding of yourself, you can save time and frustration in the change process, while also resting in more acceptance of yourself. This course is a great jumping-off point for you to begin transforming your life. I hope to see you soon!
I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology and ten years of experience in a combination of mental health and education settings. I’ve worked with people on issues related to anxiety, stress, mood disorders, autism spectrum disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and trauma; and have taught in schools, community centers, and virtual classrooms. It’s my desire to bring increased freedom, empowerment, and hope to people in my community and around the world.
In my spare time, I often find myself viewing modern art exhibits, learning new songs on my guitar, or enjoying the outdoors at a park or beach.
