This course will take about two hours to complete and has all the beginner materials that I normally teach when I teach one-on-one. PLUS, once inside this course you join my community where I share tips and help you stay motivated. Most importantly you can ask questions any time.
The course is structure as follows:
First I will teach you to be realistic about your fitness progress and potential. Then you will learn to build healthy habits by setting goals, making routines, and tracking progress. Next I will teach yuo about reducing risk, which is critical because most people stop exercise at the gym because of injury. Next I will explain the basic types of exercise for overall fitness. After that i will teach you that your success is all about the intensity of your workouts (Let's get intense!). Then it is on to the 3 most important strength exercises which I will teach you about and show you how to do correctly. Of course your road to success has to do with being consistent, staying motivated and employing the power of your mind; all of which I will share in this course. And finally, you will learn that your body grows when you allow it to recover.
