Would you like to think differently about someone that you're currently obsessing about? Would you like to feel more in control and less emotionally attached? Have you recently split up from someone and would like to move on with your life NOW, and not waste any more precious time? Then this course is for you. It's a mini version of my full course, The Heartbreak Cure, and is a short snapshot taken from my book of the same name. All are designed to help you recover from this situation as quickly as possible.
The information and techniques in the course took me years to master, but you can learn them in just a few hours. I've been through a number of break-ups myself, and learned a LOT along the way. My goal is to share as much as I can with you here, so that you don't have to suffer needlessly. I want you to be happy again and able to live a full, healthy life, and maybe meet someone new who's worth your time and love.
So don't delay – your future self has got big plans for you!
Hope to see you on the other side.

In order to get the most out of this experience, there are a few things I'd like you to agree to. Firstly to stay away from the person you're trying to get over. Secondly, stay away from anything romantic. Thirdly, enlist the help of a go-between if you have children, and to get some professional counselling for yourself (and them, if needs be).
This technique is designed to eliminate any lingering attraction or attachment to the person you're trying to get over. It takes a bit of practice, and it takes time to do, but it's very powerful. I recommend finding a quiet place to practice it, and doing it as much as you can.
If you're still attracted to your ex or this person you're trying to get over, this exercise will turn that on its head and have you seeing them in a whole new light. You can add speech bubbles with annoying things they used to say, for added effect.
Getting some much-needed distance and perspective can really help you move on and let go of your ex and your old relationship.
The tapping sequence was designed by Roger Callahan and immediately calms you down, stops any cravings, reduces anxiety and helps you rewrite your past. Perhaps you've just heard from your ex or bumped into them in the street? Perhaps you're feeling stressed out and can't sleep. You can use it on its own or add it to any of the following exercises for added effect. Once you've learned it, you can practice it any time, any place.
Make the most of your old relationship by taking away some valuable lessons.
Now let's have some fun planning your amazing future! What have you always wanted to do that you've not done before? What hopes and dreams do you have for yourself? Let your imagination run wild here.
In this lecture we build a sensory-rich picture to help you move forward.
I'm a health and wellbeing author from London, who loves learning and applying the concepts of NLP, yoga, meditation and life coaching to a range of life situations. In 2015 I wrote a book called The Heartbreak Cure, and here you can learn the theories in a course of the same name. I'm passionate about helping as many people as I can to live the best life they can.
I'm not a psychologist or doctor, I speak from experience and my own life lessons. It goes without saying that if you're suffering from depression or any other serious illness, I advise you to chat to your doctor first.
What you will learn in my courses have taken me years to master and I hope they will save you time and energy so you can live a happy and healthy life.
