With this course you'll be able to feel consistently energised and healthy, as well as lose weight and balance your moods and sleep. Let's get started!
So, let's meet your trainer Karen. She's a full time energy coach and works with clients around the world on personalised programmes. This course will give you an insight into everything she's learnt including recipes, mediation downloads, ideas for simple swaps, and so much more.
In this section we'll be looking at food and identifying which parts of your diet might be boosting or draining your energy. Even with the best intentions you might be making some common mistakes in your diet that can be hugely damaging your energy levels. We'll bust some myths and give you fantastic recipes to help you enjoy meals and health.
First off - a little bit of science. We're looking here at how your body produces energy to understand more about why we need particular foods and not others. Once you get a feel for what's going on inside your body it'll be easier to understand why the fuel you put in is so integral.
Which foods are great to add into your diet? There are many fantastic suggestions here, and they needn't require a drastic life change. Simply by making some swaps in your current recipes, or having a morning smoothie, you can get some great sustenance into your routine without having to cram time consuming cooking into your lifestyle.
Here we'll look at which foods are worth trying to cut back on. If you can they try to cut some things out entirely, but any switches you can make towards that goal will also be hugely effective. You might be surprised at some of the suggestions in here as the marketing and culture of our food world has told you differently, but trust us as give it a try.
Clean Eating is a big buzz concept that we wanted to address. As with most things it's more of a spectrum than a definitive goal. If you can make one or two clean swaps a day you'll feel a huge difference, and it needn't be a drastic movement away from your routine. Over time you can get closer and closer to eating totally clean, but it's still OK to enjoy treats in a balance too. Don't worry too much about the label.

Many people are talking about superfoods so we'll unpick which ones truly deserve the title and can make a drastic difference in your life just by adding them in each morning. Similarly, although it's ideal to get your nutrients from food, if you need to add in some supplements too then that's great if it helps you feel better and live well.
