Hi, I’m Raitis Stalazs, some people may call me the leading fitness and personal development trainer but I see it as helping people be the best versions of themselves by helping them create the life that they envision. Nothing was handed to me on a silver spoon. I grew up in Eastern Europe to a poor family and had to build my life from the ground up. I was driven to create my happy and healthy life by coming to the United States when I was 20 years old with a suitcase and $80 to my name. I guess you can call it the Law of Attraction but as I worked my odd jobs to get by initially, I had my run-ins with many successful people. They had the life that I always wanted so naturally I asked how they did it, what was their secret? I noticed that they all have various similar answers so I decided to take bits and pieces of what each of them said and craft it toward what worked for me and well… I built my company from the ground up using those strategies.

Today, I can say I have health, happiness, and I live in one of the most beautiful cities in the world. But I’m not special, I didn’t have a superpower, I just cultivated a way to live the life I have always wanted and I can teach you how to do it.
