Let's begin our Gentle Sleep Success Workshop and create your personal sleep plan!

If you are doing just the workshop without support, you will find the documents needed to create your sleep plan in the lectures.  If you are doing this workshop with support, be sure to email me at lovinglessons@yahoo.com to let me know you are ready to start so that you can gain unlimited access to the Client Resource area at www.loving-lessons.com.

It's important that before you begin any sleep training program that you have gotten the green light from your pediatrician that your child is able to sleep for longer periods of time.

And just like any sleep coaching program, if you choose to only implement portions without officially creating a plan, you may not experience the sleep success you desire.  I encourage you to complete the workshop in its entirety before you make any changes to your child's sleep situation.

Wishing you many nights of sweet dreams,
Irene
