Suitable for all skill levels, through this 11 lectures and 1.5 hours of on-demand video you will learn GPS Navigation fundamentals and will have a strong understanding of Garmin BaseCamp software.
Starting with GPS 101 you will learn about GPS devices, how they communicate with the orbiting satellites and how they work.
With these basics mastered, the next lectures will give you a solid knowledge about BaseCamp. We will download and install BaseCamp software, then we will proceed to create waypoints, routes and tracks.
The last section will guide you through a complete process of planning a full trip.
