These poses are really helpful for kids and anyone to learn to rest. In our high speed society we lost the time and deserving factor- the value of rest. A mini rest like this helps to conduct whole day fruitfully and teaches them that its allowed to rest, take mini break and its essential for performance to do this.

This is a real yoga class kids are doing Sun salutation and others series with us adults. This is a short 20 min yoga practice and mostly standing poses. For kids full fleged yoga is only after 14-16 years of age when the hormonal system develped
