Over 25 years in the Real Estate industry, both as a licensed agent and internet consultant. Tim was posting his new home subdivision listings online as early as 1993 and had sold over 700 homes in a 10 year period. In 1997 he developed a national FSBO listing service called FSBOworld and boasted over 7500 listings nationwide (pretty good for the day ;-).
