Section 3: Pranayama: Inhale, Exhale, Repeat

In this lecture, you will learn how to do a proper sun salutation B (surya namaskar B) as we break down each movement slowly.


In this lecture, you will learn how to move through warrior I, warrior II, reverse warrior, extended side angle and triangle pose. These are a few of the most important standing postures that are key to know for a well-rounded yoga practice.


In this lecture, you will learn 3 balance poses: tree pose, dancers pose, and eagle pose. You will leave this lecture confidently able to do these poses, as well as with an understanding about why balance is important.
