Step 1. Schedule your workouts.
Write down or plug in to your google calendar when you will commit to your workouts (at least 5 times per week) and post your commitment in the Facebook Group. You will receive lots of motivation and encouragement! We are all in this together.

Find your comfortable space.
Everyone enjoys training in different ways, in different spaces and these preferences will even change over time.
In this quick step I would like you to consider where YOU enjoy training the most and which space is most convenient for your lifestyle.
Immediate options are:
1. Workout at home and in your comfortable environment. This even comes with the bonus of being able to workout in your PJ's!
2. Find a 24/7 Gym near you. If you have kids and you know you can only get your workout in while your kids sleep in the wee hours of the morning then this could be a great idea! No one will hassle you, no one will interrupt you and you can relax and focus on your workout 100%.
3. Workout outdoors. During Spring and Summer why not get outdoors and hit your workout at the park or on your next stroll with the pram if you are cruising around with your baby or going on a walk with your kids.
There is no right or wrong decision. The best decision is the one that you can and will commit to. The one that you will enjoy the most and dread the least ;-)

Welcome to your second ab workout,
I want you to feel proud and strong in deciding to step into your role as the fitness leader of your family and community. This is the first step and you are making it happen!
Today we are completing a 12 minute workout with our guest Caroline. She is literally completing these workouts as you are too. Which means at first she is looking to tone up her core and see the lines in her stomach. By the end of the 28 days however, she is absolutely killing it and looking incredible! She will be sending waves of health and fitness vibes through her whole family.

It is time for you to display just how badly you want this. Completing this second workout signifies your ability to turn these workouts from occasional activities you try to solidifying that you will make your health and fitness a priority.
In order to REALLY MAKE THIS HAPPEN you'll need to develop a habit. A routine. An organised time that you dedicate to making this happen. Set one time early in the morning to your workouts. Before any one is up to distract you or go to a 24/7 gym so you are not climbed all over be the kids and animals during your workouts.
Then plan your back up time slot. Things will go wrong and occasionally need to be shuffled around so be so organised you can accomodate for any interruptions.
Now let's begin :)
Workout number 4 is here and you are changing your core strength every time you hit these workouts. I want you to be great. I want you to be strong and I want you to discover your true potential. And if you are reading this you are making it happen! So lets stop making around and get straight into it.
By this point I expect you to feel that your core is a little tighter, your bloating is beginning to decrease and you're becoming more confident in your workouts. This means real progress!
